Gena was amazing at Tuckahoe! Super customer service.Left phone message at generic storage ward number 3 times to pay my bill with no call backs but agent was pleasant once I got someone to answer.

My experience was seamless…. From the call to the call center for a reservation to delivery of my boat for storage to Gena in Tuckahoe everything went very smoothly with great communication because of Gena. Gena was welcoming, knowledgeable and fully engaging.

Clean, friendly, easy access, simple yet seemingly secure online payment ability, safe with security cameras and coded gate. Fair pricing. This place has changed owners and names over the years but It seems to always have personable management. Prices do go up from time to time, insurance is required, you can bring your own lock. Lanes are very wide and properly sloped for water drainage.

We rented a storage unit from this location for over 5 years while we lived overseas. I would highly recommend. Bill was extremely responsive and we felt very comfortable with our cherished belongings being locked in their facility.

Great place to store your things. I just stored my old pick up truck. Very clean etc. but I was very impressed with the great service. The manager is a gentleman. Not a whole lot of that around today. I highly recommend Storage Ward. Joe Taccarino.

This place is awesome. They've worked with me in storing my camper 900 miles from where I live. Bill does great work. I wish my family though had checked on it for the missing tire covers, oh well, family...... But Bill and Storage Ward have been great.

Great storage for RV's, boats and household goods at a very good price. Very secure too. Tell them I sent you there!We had a really nice pad to store our travel trailer for approximately 3 years. It was a perfect spot for us and a very nice concrete pad. We no longer needed the pad and recently gave up our lease. Most of the trailer/vehicle storage is either paved or has a concrete pad surrounded by blacktop.We always felt that our travel trailer was secure at Storage Ward and we had a great price too!We stored our travel trailer at a great price at Storage Ward, saving more money than towing it to the shore campgrounds. Storage Ward is less than 5 miles from the campground we normally set up camp and it is close to many others as well.If we ever have a need for storage again, we will be storing with Storage Ward.

I have been here off and on for years. They run a nice clean place and well kept grounds.Bill, in the office, is just the most helpful and friendly person.Unfortunately for me the prices are just getting way too high. Though it did get me to reevaluate what I was storing and helped me to realize it was time to empty out.

We had a storage unit for almost 7 years at Storage Wards. Our unit was climate controlled because of storing some furniture. One piece was an antique upright grand piano. Remarkably when we finally moved our belongings out, the piano was in great shape! Very clean facilities as well!

I have stored my things there for 10+yrs and had to give a review! I recently cleaned out my unit but only because I have a house or else I would still be there! I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their facility is clean, the people are friendly & very helpful and their prices are reasonable! I like the fact I can get updates/happenings and also my billing all via email. If you need a storage unit definitely go check them out!! 🙂
