This was the most professionally run business I've seen in a very long time. All information was provided up front and the service was exceptional. I have used this place for years, no issue at all. My credit card was hacked and canceled and my payment didn’t go through. I received a call to pay and since I was moving out inside the week I was told I might not have to pay the rent for the month, but would be contacted the next day.The next day, my unit was locked by them, and I was charged an extra 20 bucks for a late fee to get my stuff. Horrible, shady business and service.

Poor communication and it is very difficult to speak with someone if you have any problems or concerns. The price constantly goes up but there are no improvements. I’ve rented for 4 years and the place is the same but the price has almost doubled. I wouldn’t recommend. You would be better off purchasing your own shed.

I called the day before as I was coming from out of state and Brennon was extremely cordial and professional in helping me in the process of acquiring a storage unit. My experience was great. I was able to get a storage asap, the manager allowed me to move in and do the paperwork at a later time because there was no power. I didn't know about a 14 day move out notice until after I move out.
