The facility staff were always polite and welcoming from the first day to the last day. I was 100% satisfied with cleanliness of the units and the curb appeal of the entire area. We never had any issues with ants, roaches, and etc. The climate control units were always working and cheaper than other units around Brooksville.The access was an extremely easy process and I pulled a 16’ trailer in and out with plenty of room to maneuver. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to any who needs storage. I wish I could give another star to rate this storage unit.

Easy purchase. Easy entry, didn't even have to talk to anyone. Staff called to make sure everything was ok.Had a lock placed on my unit by accident. I called and regional manager answered and someone was there to remove it quickly.

I’ve used ABC two times. Once for about 2 years and currently for over 4. Great service the manager is personable. Have had to change credit cards a couple times. Direct line to a real person no headache. Clean units. I don’t think anyone would have much to complain about. Good job abc. I just moved out due to relocating out of state. The agents were great helping me move out. Very visible facility. I would highly recommend.

Great deal and great staff! Exactly what I needed when I needed it! I thought that on top of all I had to deal with, that finding a storage unit would be a pain in the butt and expensive, but it was easy and a good deal in my opinion! 10/10 would use again! The two guys I met that worked there were knowledgeable and friendly, and took care of my questions and got me set up quickly and efficiently! They should get a raise or promotion for working in this heat! Thanks yall! Keep being awesome!

Best storage unit I’ve ever rented. All units are on one level. Even though not air conditioned unit - none of my stuff was ruined from rain or humidity.Very clean, rented 2-3 years & no bugs, no smells, no rats or rat droppings.Office staff Always friendly & eager to help.Very accessible whenever you need to get in your unit.I highly recommend them in Brooksville at hwy 50 & Spring Lake Hwy

My name is sarah and my dad and i used abcd economy storage for about three months. When we signed up they had a huge discount on my second month for getting the first month and when we were short on our payment and missed our pay date they worked with us completely on making sure our belongings were safe and secure until we had enough money for the rent. Also we lost our key and they came down and cut out lock for us for free so we could get our stuff out! I highly recommend this storage facility!

Friendly staff is the first thing I have to say about ABCD Econo Storage. It's the reason I picked this storage facility over others in the area. There are two ABCD facilities on Cortez. One where the office is located and another a few minutes East. Can't say I've any complaints after four months. I scheduled automatic monthly payments, and my stuff is safely stored. My unit is not air conditioned; I don't think most of them are. But I think they do have some that are. They have long hours so you can access your unit til late.

Following the death of my Mother, I rented a storage unit at ABCD Econo Storage for a few items. Intent was a short term stay but for many reasons, that turned into three years. The staff at ABCD were consistently helpful to my requests - especially important to me since I live in Europe. My wife and I needed some temporary storage due to a move across town; these guys are GREAT. Very good to work with, they respond quickly and get you in and out of their office in short order.The units were rented were clean, insulated on top, in excellent shape and easily accessed. All in all, an excellent experience.TWO MONTHS LATER: Nothing but good things to say about these guys. We decided to keep one of the units long-term, since their second location is so close to our home; also decided to park a trailer there, too. Very helpful, very accommodating to our needs.

I have never had to put my things into storage and on that day it was very emotional for me. However the front desk staff was very supportive in helping me make the correct decision on which unit to pick. After everything was done, I left and came back with my belongings. The code that was given to me was not working, and it was at the end of the business day. The front desk lady (forgive me, I forgot her name) stayed after work to make sure I was able to get in and out. That experience was beyond my expectations! ! I absolutely love ABCD STORAGE.
