The store manager was great to work with and setup the rental agreement, explained the security gate process. Some opportunities ABCD has is to have cameras installed monitoring the RV storage area, as well clear out some of the aged RV units in the parking spots that look like they haven't moved in years.

Been in a real tight position being forced to get out of a house that was selling and also an old storage unit company they screwed me out of 2 months rent and would not work with me at all (Public Storage)! They told me to go FK myself and they didn't give 2 💩💩's about me! Kim and Chris were very helpful at (ABCD) getting me into and out of my unit! Thank you and they were willing to work with me, thank you!! They always were there to help and available by phone!

The facility staff were always polite and welcoming from the first day to the last day. I was 100% satisfied with cleanliness of the units and the curb appeal of the entire area. We never had any issues with ants, roaches, and etc. The climate control units were always working and cheaper than other units around Brooksville.The access was an extremely easy process and I pulled a 16’ trailer in and out with plenty of room to maneuver. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to any who needs storage. I wish I could give another star to rate this storage unit.

Easy purchase. Easy entry, didn't even have to talk to anyone. Staff called to make sure everything was ok.Had a lock placed on my unit by accident. I called and regional manager answered and someone was there to remove it quickly.

Great deal and great staff! Exactly what I needed when I needed it! I thought that on top of all I had to deal with, that finding a storage unit would be a pain in the butt and expensive, but it was easy and a good deal in my opinion! 10/10 would use again! The two guys I met that worked there were knowledgeable and friendly, and took care of my questions and got me set up quickly and efficiently! Best storage unit I’ve ever rented. All units are on one level. Even though not air conditioned unit - none of my stuff was ruined from rain or humidity.Very clean, rented 2-3 years & no bugs, no smells, no rats or rat droppings.Office staff Always friendly & eager to help.Very accessible whenever you need to get in your unit.I highly recommend them in Brooksville at hwy 50 & Spring Lake Hwy

My name is sarah and my dad and i used abcd economy storage for about three months. When we signed up they had a huge discount on my second month for getting the first month and when we were short on our payment and missed our pay date they worked with us completely on making sure our belongings were safe and secure until we had enough money for the rent. Also we lost our key and they came down and cut out lock for us for free so we could get our stuff out! I highly recommend this storage facility!
