The lady that helped me was very nice. Was on top of everything and had all my stuff set up and ready to go. ☺️I also was having problems with the website to which she booked my unit for me and everything and all I had to do was sign my papers and pay for my unit. Easiest storage rental I have ever had to be honest.

I have had a few different storage units with B&G over the years, my brother has a unit currently too. I also use the laundry facilities frequently. The laundry area is always clean, well maintenanced.Signing up for a storage unit was very easy and relatively quick. They payment each month was reasonable and there are a few different ways to pay. I would always call to pay, as I prefer speaking with an actual person when handling bills. I also wasn't due until the 10th of the month, but would always pay within the 2-4th of the month. The charge to speak to a person to pay your bill was changed recently and a little high. The automated system for bill pay wouldn't load my bill amount until the actual due date, so that was a little frustrating, but not that big of a deal. One thing I would recommend, for storage bills due, for the amount to be loaded at the beginning of the month, so for those of us who prefer to pay our bills early, can do so.Anytime I was there on site, the person working was always kind and helpful. I also like that there's a code to enter the storage area, and cameras keeping an eye on things. I trusted that my belongings were safe being stored there, due to these security measures. Which is a relief. I also appreciate the trolleys there, to move your belongings easier. That was very helpful for me.All in all, I had a great experience with storing my belongs and when using the laundry facility. I will still come back, in order to do laundry, and should I need a unit again, I would most definitely call B&G first. I have also recommended friends and family to B&G, should they have laundry or storage needs.Thanks!

I've been using this facility for the past few years to do my laundry and I have been very pleased with the clean quality and cordial service that has and still is being given by the employees there. I have never been to a laundry mat before and had NO IDEA what I was doing. I had a ton of blankets and comforters and sheets to wash. Carol Smith greeted me as soon as I walked in and helped me from start to finish with every washer and every dryer of how to use them and how much to put in each load and everything in between. I will definitely use them for all my Comforter needs in the future. I highly recommend them. Thanks Carol for everything!

Sarah and Teresa are amazing! I had to rent a storage unit due to a last minute business trip and they were both so kind and accommodating. I really did feel very welcomed and they both spoke so highly of the business! I actually needed a laundry mat in a pinch and when I walked in, I was pleasantly supervised at how clean the facility was. My items felt safe there so I was able to leave and come back. I will be using their facilities in the future and will make sure everyone knows how kind and accommodating they both were! Everyone else should take notes, because the prices elsewhere were much higher and the staff were terrible. Won’t be doing business with anyone else but B & G.

The facility is always clean, very friendly staff and management Ms Sarah awesome always makes you feel welcomed. The hours are very reasonable I'm able to still get my laundry done after getting off work...and sometimes if I need to I greatly appreciate the laundry service they offer to wash, dry and fold I don't mind leaving a tip because Ms Carol does an awesome job. Only thing I hope they fix the washers that are down makes the wait longer when its busy. But other than that I prefer this laundry mat than the other one across town.

Our washer broke down and we have been waiting for parts to come in for what seems like forever. Fortunately, we found this laundromat. We’ve been to many laundromats in our lifetime and must say that this one is definitely one of if not the cleanest we’ve been to. Another bonus is that unlike most laundromats we’ve been to where a majority of the machines are out of service, most of the machines here are operational . The real cherry on the top is that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I’d highly recommended the laundromat facilities at B&G Storage.

Its been about a week ago I visited the laundromat. I've been there before and its always clean and the staff is always friendly. This time Tawana was working, I'd never met her before this day. This is by far the most friendliest places to do laundry in my town of Brewton. Friendly faces, kid friendly, welcoming attitudes and very helpful employees. Darlene, Sara and Krushetta always greets and thanks me for my services everytime I come do my laundry. It’s never a long wait and there are always washers and dryer’s available. 5 Stars hands down.. You ladies are the best! I will always be a customer of the Brewton location..

It can get super busy on the weekends. Plenty of washers and dryers to choose from. You rarely see any out of order upkeep is very good. Very clean offers a television for the kiddies to watch while you do your laundry. Staff is there to help you with anything you may need.

I've dealt with Ms. Terri for many years. She recently retired & Sarah is now the manager at the Brewton facility. She & her staff are always very accommodating & pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to help with anything you may need. I have 3 units in the climate controlled storage area. I went to consolidate my units & reserved a larger unit until I could arrange to transfer the contents. Everyone was incredibly helpful & nice. I use them for all my storage needs & the laundry facility. The laundry area is always very clean & tidy. I feel safe when there even after dark. Every time I’ve been in to wash clothes or to get a storage unit the staff have been extremely nice very helpful as well as on top of there game the washers are affordable and the place is very well kept and clean never have a issue with the bathroom either and that’s my #1 thing
