The staff and manager was very fluent with the pricing and what was available on property. Also very very helpful with any concern and question I had without saying uhm or I’m don’t know! This was the most professionally run business I've seen in a very long time. All information was provided up front and the service was exceptional. Also, the signage inside of the store was clear and represented the branding of the business well. The store was clean and there were many purchasing options for those looking for packaging supplies. Overall this was a great experience.

I called the day before as I was coming from out of state and Brennon was extremely cordial and professional in helping me in the process of acquiring a storage unit. I arrived the next day and the entire procedure of paying and processing took no more than 20 minutes. The unit was clean and spacious. Overall my experience was smooth and seamless!

My experience was great. I was able to get a storage asap, the manager allowed me to move in and do the paperwork at a later time because there was no power. I didn't know about a 14 day move out notice until after I move out.

The ladies in the office are very friendly and welcoming. I had flood damage to my storage unit at another place due to Hurricane Sally and was a emotional wreck and these ladies made me smile. I am very impressed with the monthly cost of the unit considering what I was paying.

Our experience with b&g storage was phenomenal we were in the process of a cross-country move and are closing on our home was delayed. price is good for what you get but I have been charged for a late fee when they changed the late payment day without telling anyone and another time when the page was down to pay online I spoke to the agent that works the office and said she would waive the late fee if I paid it the next day which I did but the fee was never waived
