A community festival the encompasses our small town charm is MayFest. On May 5th at Tom Byrne Park, you will find arts and crafts from local artists, a variety of food, and children’s activities. MayFest is one of those events that has a little of everything. The Gazebo Stage will be featuring many local bands as well as the Miss MayFest Pageant.

The Atmore Area Chamber of Commerce is one of the host for the first ever Crawfish Crawl. This all you can eat event is taking place in Tom Byrne Park and is sure to be an exciting time. Nashville recording artist Ashley Dawn will take the stage until 3 pm. Grab a cooler, lawn chair and blanket and get there when the gates open at 10 am.

Once a month the Market in the Park opens for business with the county’s freshest produce, food and more. Saturday May 12th is the next day for market. Check out vendors you remember from last year and come see the new arrivals.
